What is a maintenance agreement?
A maintenance agreement is an hour-based agreement between Lavigne Consulting and your business for ongoing support.  Its a way for you to be proactive with the needs of your computer systems and networks.

Why a maintenance agreement?
A maintenance agreement will give you the peace of mind knowing that we are taking care of the daily needs of your systems checking backups, server logs, security patches and antivirus updates.

A maintenance agreement includes:

  • One support contact for you and your staff.
  • Ongoing recommendations to keep systems running in tip-top performance.
  • Regular, up-front price schedule and monthly invoicing.
  • Training for basic system maintenance.
  • No trip charges for onsite support.
  • Remote desktop/server support. (requires a high speed Internet connection DSL, Cable, T1)

Maintenance agreements are tailored to fit the needs of your business.

SOHO:

  • $125/Month - 1.5 hours of technical support per month
  • $95 per hour for additional support

Basic:

  • $250/month 3 hours of technical support per month
  • $85 per hour for additional support

Standard:

  • $500/month 6 hours of technical support per month
  • $75 per hour for additional support

Premium:

  • $750/Month - 9 hours of technical support per month
  • $65 per hour for additional support

Gold:

  • $1000/month 12 hours of technical support per month
  • $55 per hour for additional support

Standard Hourly Rate:

  • $125 per hour
  • Minimum one hour
  • Trip time not included

Referral Program:

  • Receive 2 free hours of technical support for referring other businesses.
